What is your software licensing model?

We distribute our software with perpetual licensing model. This means you pay once and can use your purchased copy forever. All licenses include 1, 2 or 3 years of the Maintenance period. You can get any software upgrades within that period. But you can’t get any software upgrades when your maintenance period is expired. You can renew the Maintenance according to the upgrade policy.

What is difference between Single and Site licenses?

Single license means that the software is licensed per user.
Site license means that the software is allowed to be used without limitation on count of installations and users within one organization.

Can I install a second copy of the purchased software on my laptop?

Yes, you can install one copy on your desktop and second copy on your laptop as long as they are both used by you only.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

How do I activate my product after purchase?

We send the software license key by email automatically after completion of the order process. You use the license key to activate the product. To do that, start the application, click Help|Enter License Code in the Main Menu and paste your key to the form.

When will I receive my license key?

We send the software license key by email immediately after completion of the order process. If you have not got the email with the license key within 6 hours after the order has been processed, please contact our Support Team (don't forget to check your SPAM folder first).

Maintenance (Support & Upgrades)

What is your Upgrade Policy?

All registered users of our software have the right to upgrade their products. A registered user can get free upgrades (including minor and major releases) of the purchased software within the Maintenance period. After maintenance is expired, no upgrades of the software are possible until the maintenance is renewed.

How do I renew my software maintenance period?

You can open your purchased application and click Help|Renew Maintenance in the Main Menu. Also, you can open page, paste you license key and click Submit. After that you will be redirected to the Maintenance Renewal page there you can view your license details and renewal options. Further process is the same as the license purchasing.

Within what period should I renew the Maintenance after it has expired?

There is no deadline to renew the Maintenance. However, the Maintenance period can’t be interrupted. This means that your current maintenance period expiration date will be set as the starting date for the renewed maintenance term.

Can I use the product If the Maintenance expires?

Yes, you can. Our software licenses are perpetual and once you purchase a license, you own it. You may use the product as long as you need. But after your maintenance period is expired, you won’t have access to any product updates and technical support.
